2. The contention of the petitioner is that in the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife, the respondent police are constantly harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that since it is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matrimonial dispute, the parties were directed to approach the concerned Court and hence, the petitioner is not required for enquiry.
