PRAYER : Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to invoke the provisions contained under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.164 of 2016 in the above case and to file final report on completion of investigation before the concerned jurisdictional court in the interest of justice.

This petition has been filed to to invoke the provisions contained under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.164 of 2016 in the above case and to file final report on completion of investigation before the concerned jurisdictional court in the interest of justice.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is in progress and it will be completed within a period of three months.

months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, before the Special Court for CCB for CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai.
