The petitioner, being a Ward Member, made a representation to the 1st respondent complaining about 2nd and 3rd respondents that they have committed certain irregularities. Though the said representation was made on 30.11.2015, no action has been taken by the 1st respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.

Taking note of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2015, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directd to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2015, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all parties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned, including the petitioner as well as 2nd and 3rd respondents, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
