Today, this matter was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking correction in the order dated 11.07.2023.

2. When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appropriate authority to consider the representation is third respondent and the same is wrongly typed as fourth respondent. Hence, he pleads this Court to accept and incorporate the correction in the Order dated 11.07.2023.

3.In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to change the fourth respondent to "third respondent", in para 4 of the Order dated 11.07.2023 and issue fresh Order copies to the necessary parties.

4. Except the above modification, the Order dated 11.07.2023 remains intact.
