This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.71 of 2014 in the above case and to file final report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. on completion of investigation before the concerned jurisdictional Court in the interest of justice.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is in progress and it will be completed within a period of three months.

3. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
