The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take departmental action against the respondents 4 and 5, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2014.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
