This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the criminal case in C.C.No.30 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Vellore and quash the same insofar as it relates to the petitioner/accused No.4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was tried in C.C.No.30 of 2010 and was acquitted of all the charges, by judgment dated 18.10.2022 and hence, he sought permission to withdraw the above original petition.
