..Respondents ---- Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to measure the subject property bearing Document No.1452/2005 dated 14.12.2005 registered at Kannamangalam Sub-Registrar Office, measuring to an extent of 0.05 cents in Survey No.226/3, Kattukanallur Village, Tiruvannamalai District and issue patta in the name of the petitioner for which she has paid charges dated 01.10.2015 (challan), 01.09.2017 and 16.09.2020 (challan) and representations in person to the 3rd respondent on 26.11.2019 and 02.09.2020, to the 1st respondent on 24.08.2020. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3nd respondent to consider the application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the measurement of the property and for issuance of patta in his favour.

2. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has fixed the date for enquiry on 22.12.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct the enquriy and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction . No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
