Golden Beach Part III, layout approved by LPDM/DDTP No.150/74, comprised in Old Survey No.15/1C, and New Survey No.15/113 as per patta No.373 situated at No.146, Injambakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kanchipuram District.

Advocate COMMON ORDER When the Writ Petitions were listed for hearing on 06.10.2010, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reported "no instructions" hence, the Registry was directed to list the matters on 09.10.2020 printing the name of the petitioners. Though the name of the petitioners have been printed in the cause list on 09.10.2020, none appeared for the petitioners. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matters on 13.10.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Though the matters have been listed under the caption for dismissal, today also, none appeared for the petitioners. Hence, this court left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petitions for non prosecution.
