ORDER
This Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.34928 of 2019, dated 19.12.2023.. 2.While allowing the above Writ Petition, this Court has directed the respondents to repay the recovered amount and consequential payment of retirement benefits and pensionary benefits and to revise the last pay drawn on 30.04.2016, according to the Rules and Regulations, if there is no legal impediment. 3.During the course of hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents has placed a copy of GO.(Ms.)No.71, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (CL2) Department dated 21.07.2025 and would submit that the order of the Court is complied with.
4.On perusal of the said Government Order, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Court is complied with.
5.In view of the above, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt petition.
6.Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed. 7.It is made clear that if the petitioner is having any grievance further, after issuing the Government Order it is open to him to challenge the same by filing an appropriate petition before the appropriate forum.
