This Court by an order dated 29.01.2020 after hearing the learned counsel on either side, directed the respondent/defendant to furnish valuable security worth of Rs.20,00,000/- which is the liability as against the disputed claim of Rs.82,00,000/- and granted time till 27.02.2020 failing which the Attachment Before Judgement will be ordered.

2. When the matter is called today, the respondent seeks time to furnish security. This Court would not see any genuine reason for seeking extension of time and therefore, the Attachment Before Judgement is ordered.
