In pursuant to the dispute raised followed by a failure report by the Conciliation Officer in Ref.No.A/250/15 dated 14.08.2015, the matter is pending consideration with the first respondent. Now, the present writ petition has been filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the failure report submitted by the Conciliation Officer dated 14.08.2015.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that considering the long pendency, a direction sought for, will have to be issued.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is not only against the second respondent, but also against two other respondents. Therefore, it should not be construed as if the same is restricted to the said respondents alone.
4. Considering the submissions made, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner covered by the conciliation failure report in Ref.No.A/250/15 dated 14.08.2015, qua the second respondent as well as the other two entities, who are not parties before this Court, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
