.. Respondents Petition filed under Sections 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to appoint an Arbitrator to arbitrate all the claims and disputes between the petitioner and the respondents arising out of the Agreement No.SA/TR/2012-13/RR/OML/02B dated 18.02.2015.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondents states that he has obtained instructions vide letter dated 31.03.2016 that the petitioner has submitted the details regarding loading and unloading of guard boxes on 30.03.2016 requiring payment of Rs.89,330/- towards loading and unloading of guard boxes. This is under process for approval of the higher authority and scrutinizing the bills. Necessary payments, it is stated will be arranged.

2. On the Court query, the learned counsel for the respondents states that payments will be made within a maximum period of three weeks from today. The claim should thus be duly settled by the office of the third respondent, as indicated in Court, within the said period of three weeks.

3. In view aforesaid, no dispute remains for reference to arbitration and the petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
