2.The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents informs the court that the direction given by this Court has already been complied with. He stated that the total extent of property is 15 cents. As regards 10 cents, there is no dispute and it has been surveyed. Regarding remaining 5 cents, it appears that it belongs to someone else. Therefore, the petitioner has to approach the jurisdictional civil court. The learned government counsel also states that a formal order in this regard has also been passed by the jurisdictional Tahsildar and the same will also be served on the counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
