This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the Crl.O.P.No.5020 of 2018, which was dismissed for non prosecution by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 07.07.2021, he was not feeling well and instructed his junior to appear on behalf of him. Due to technical failure and interruption of internet connection, his junior was not able to represent this case on 07.07.2021. Now, he prays to restore the said Criminal Original Petition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
