Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person and body of the petitioner's minor daughter Nandhini, aged about 16 years, before this Court from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 and 4.

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue, who is allegedly under the illegal custody of the respondents 3 and 4. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for the production of the detenue before this court.
2. The detenue has been secured and produced before us. She is a minor. On enquiry, she has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her mother.

3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed entrusting the custody of the detenue to the petitioner, who is her mother.
