This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3606 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21146 of 2021 on 23.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
