Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer as sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner in the meantime has completed the MBBS Course and hence, the prayer as sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
