Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned letter dated 28.03.2023 at 9.45 p.m. and quash the same and direct to the respondent to receive the entire auction sale reserve price and to produce the sale certificate to the favour of the petitioner on the basis of the representation given on 30.03.2023 by the petitioner.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. In case, the petitioner has remedy available, then the petitioner may avail the said remedy as may be permissible under law.
