Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent herein from insisting upon the payment of security deposit towards the proposed development, for the septic tank with upflow filter and the display board, pursuant to the letter of the respondent herein dated 7.5.2014 in B2/5539/13, demanding a sum of Rs.44,50,000/-, Rs.1,72,000/- and Rs.10,000/- respectively for each head as found in Serial No.V, VI, and VII (VI) and in lieu of the same, direct the respondent herein to accept the Bank Guarantee furnished by the petitioner for the said sum.
