This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12098 of 2024 on 17.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
