2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8041 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai on all working day at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
