5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that these writ petitions were challenged for the removal of President, in the year 2014. Now, the period is also over and subsequent elections were also conducted. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

6. Submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

7. In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 3/1/2023 mvs.
