The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 6 to consider the candidature of the petitioner in the light of is being as son of a freedom fighter and accordingly employ him under relevant quota.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
