ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of crime no.37/2019 on the file of first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation completed, charge sheet filed and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.520 of 2020 by the Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram for the offences under section 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant had been resolved and compromised was entered into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

between the parties and the same has been informed to the respondent police. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a compromise quash.

4. Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a compromise quash.
