This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard Mr.P.Rajendra Kumar learned counsel for the Respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the counsel appearing for the respondent.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise in order.
