PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order in BCDFGISSSV.No.603/2024 dated 30.05.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter Sathyavani @ Bommukutty the detenue now confined in Central Prison for woman Puzhal at Chennai before this Honble court and petitioner's daughter Sathyavani @ Bommukutty D/o.Ettiappan aged about 44 years the detenue herein set him at liberty.
