This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to transfer the investigation of case in Crime No. 162/2023 from the 3rd respondent herein to CBCID, Chennai. For Petitioner : Mr.R. Ramesh For Respondents : Mr.A.Damodaran Additional Public Prosecutor
ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation of the case in Crime No.162 of 2023 from the file of the 3rd respondent to any other investigating agency.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed both in the case and counter case in Cr.No.161 and 162 of 2023 and the final report is ready to be filed before the Jurisdictional Court.

Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is left open to the petitioner to scrutinise the final report and if the petitioner is not satisfied, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
