The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the respondent-Company itself was closed longtime back and under these circumstances, the relief sought for in the present writ petition cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
granted. However, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for the purpose of claiming other benefits, including gratuity and provident fund in the manner known to law.
