ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, at the time of filing of the petition, the crime number was not known. However, based on the instructions furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the

crime number pertaining to the petitioner was mentioned as Crime No.166 of 2026 in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13910 of 2026, whereas the correct crime number is Crime No.9 of 2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) fairly submitted that the case against the petitioner has, in fact, been registered in Crime No.9 of 2026.

4. In view of the above, the "Crime No.166 of 2026" in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13910 of 2026 shall stand substituted as "Crime No.9 of 2026".

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction by substituting the revised crime number in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13910 of 2026 and issue a fresh order copy forthwith.

6. Consequently, the petitioner is granted a further period of one week from the date on which the order copy is made ready for production of sureties and compliance with the anticipatory bail conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13910 of 2026, dated 05.06.2026.
