1. (i) C.M.P.No.1636 of 2018 is filed to grant an order of interim stay the operation of the decree and judgement dt.04/11/2017 passed in AS.No.77/2016 on the file of the I Addl.Dist.and Sessions Judge, Salem reversing the decree and judgement dt.10/03/2016 passed in OS.No.2/2009 by the Sub Judge Mettur pending disposal of the above SA.

(ii) C.M.P.No.5779 of 2024 is filed to To declare the petitioner as a Legal Representative of the deceased Nachiammal i.e. 1st Respondent in the Second Appeal in SA.No. 73 of 2018 based on Will dated 25.09.2018.

2. Heard both sides.

3. An order of Interim Injunction dated 31.01.2018 already granted by this Court in CMP No.1636 of 2018 is made absolute. Hence, this petition stands closed. 4.Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the no objection made by the learned counsel for the respondents, CMP No.5779 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
