ORDER

This petition has been filed to review the order dated 28.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1802 of 2022, thereby directing the petitioners to pay interest for the belated payment of terminal befits to the first respondent.

2. The first respondent filed the above Writ Petition for direction directing the petitioners and the second respondent to pay interest for the belated disbursal of terminal benefits to the first respondent. This Court by an order dated 28.03.2024, while disposing the writ petition, directed the petitioners to pay interest for the belated payment of terminal befits to the first respondent herein at the rate of 6% per annum within a period of eight weeks. To review the said order, the present Review Application has been filed by the petitioners.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners raised so many grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioners are the grounds to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records as such, the petitioners failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merits in this Review Application to review the order dated 28.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1802 of 2022.

5. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
