O R D E R

The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2014 in relation to the removal of erection of Telecom tower by the second respondent within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2.On 29.06.2021, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel and hence, the same was directed to be posted today i.e., on 06.07.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 jointly submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, taking note of the safety measures, the tower erected by the second respondent was removed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

4.Recording the above, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
