The petitioner is a resident of Kinathukkadavu Taluk in Coimbatore District. He challenges the impugned 'A' notice. The authorities proposed to open a quarry. The petitioner has given his objections.

The petitioner's objections shall be considered and thereafter, final orders shall be passed. If the petitioner's objections are overruled, copy of the order shall be served on the petitioner immediately. I endorse the stand of the learned Government Counsel that this writ petition has been filed prematurely more in the nature of the Public Interest Litigation. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps. are closed.
