2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that during the pendency of the suit, revenue records will not be mutated.
