The petitioner seeks a direction for the payment of additional security deposit of Rs.9,02,691/- in six equal installments along with the regular current consumption charges.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to and relies upon earlier order dated 28.05.2025 in this connection.

3. Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the respondents.

4. The petitioner has placed on record earlier order dated 28.05.2025 permitting the payment of additional security deposit in six equal monthly installments. Likewise, in this case, the petitioner is permitted to pay the additional security deposit of Rs.9,02,691/- in six equal monthly installments. The first installment shall be paid on or before 17.06.2025 and the subsequent installments 2/4

shall be paid on or before the first of each succeeding month over the next five months. In the event of default, the petitioner shall lose the benefit of this order and the respondents shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in respect thereof.

This Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. 09.06.2025 Index : Yes/No gya 3/4
