Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13380 of 2019 dated 30.05.2019 in Crime No.338 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police Station. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SEENUVASAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13380 of 2019.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
