Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order in L.No.Thi.Thu.Ko.Na.Ko/A3/3833/91 dated 05.01.2016 passed by the 4th respondent and the consequential notification dated NIL proceedings NIL (Last date for application on 01.12.2020) issued by the 4th respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to remove the penalty of Rs.6,46,500/- imposed to the petitioner and fix the amount as fixed as in the case of other defaulters for the house allotted to the petitioner in Plot No. 2/841, EWS-B, Tirur, Thiruvallur District.
