Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to his order of removal of the petitioner from service which is made in No. Nil dated 29.10.2013, the order of 1st respondent which is made in No. Nil dated 05.08.2014 rejecting the appeal of the petitioner and confirming the order of 2nd respondent and the order of 3rd respondent made in No. Nil dated 17.07.2015 and quash the same, consequently to direct the respondents to treat the petitioner as if he retired from service on attainment of superannuation on 31.05.2015 and thereby to settle all the retirement service benefits and eligible all pending arrears amount to the petitioner. (Prayer amended as per order dated 04.04.2017 in WMP.Nos.3761 & 3762/2017 in WP.No.26736/2014). For Petitioner :

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
