2. In this order, parties shall be referred to by their respective ranks in the main suit for the sake of convenience and clarity.

3. Mr.T.Srikanth, learned counsel for sole plaintiff and Ms.A.Kanimozhi, learned counsel representing Mr.A.R.Sakthivel, counsel on record for three defendants are before this Commercial Division.

4. Captioned application has been taken out by the plaintiff inter alia under Order VI Rule 17 of 'The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908' ['CPC' for the sake of brevity].

5. Be that as it may, learned counsel for defendants, on instructions, submits that the defendants are not opposing the captioned application.
