O R D E R
The prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is for direction to the third respondent to absorb the petitioner as his employee as per the appointment order RC. No. A11 / 550 / 2018 dated 24.6.2019 issued by the third respondent.
2. Heard both sides and perused the records. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. Mr. P. Thiagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had applied for the post of Helper in Modern Rice Mill running by the Tamilnadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Civil Supplies Corporation at Ammapettai as per the notification dated 2008.2018 issued by the respondent. The petitioner was called for interview by the 3rd respondent and the interview was conducted on 30.01.2019 and the petitioner has received the appointment letter dated 24.06.2019 and appeared before the third respondent along with all original certificates. After scrutiny of the certificates, it was informed to the petitioner that the appointment order was issued wrongly to him and further informed that they will consider him for future appointments.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced a letter of the 2nd respondent in Na.K. No. A11/550/2019 dated 26.08.2019 and assures that the case of the petitioner will be considered during the next selection process.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the assurance given by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
