This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.35594 of 2019 dated 02.01.2020.

The compliance report has been filed before this Court. It is seen from the letter dated 03.09.2021 that the relief sought for by the petitioners has been granted by the respondent and the same has been sent for the approval of the Finance department and thereafter, it is stated that a Government order will be passed.

In view of the above development, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to complete the process within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
