ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3; and, Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that survey would be conducted on Natham Survey No.373/13 and depending upon the report of the survey, further steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.

3. In view of the said statement made by learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
