ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation dated 06.05.2024 sent by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that in the year 2004 under the pretext of lease agreement, a sale deed has been executed by the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation on 06.05.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the forged sale deed. Since no action was forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. At the outset, this Court is of the view that this Writ Petition is not maintainable for the simple reason that the petitioner himself is an executant of the said document and thereafter, he alleges some misrepresentation. Therefore, these things cannot be gone into by the Registering Authority. The petitioner tries to achieve before the District Registrar which could not be achieved in the Civil Court and that cannot be permitted in the eye of law.

4. In view of the above stated reasons, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
