This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 14.09.2021 passed by the second respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.09/2021/Po.4 and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to allow him to continue his service as Forest Range Officer in Palacode Forest Range.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today and on receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three

weeks thereafter.
