This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, O.T. Police Station at Cuddalore, everyday at 07.30 p.m. until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.12375 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
