ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner's daughter Krishnaradha, aged about 20 years appears to have eloped with the third respondent. The petitioner enquired and found out that the third respondent is already married to one Bhuvaneswari. Bhuvaneswari has given a complaint and based on the same, Crime No.18 of 2026 has been registered by the All Women Police Station, Kottakuppam. The petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent.

3. The second respondent will take all possible steps and arrange a meeting between the petitioner and his daughter in the premises of the second respondent police station within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner's daughter has already attained majority. If the petitioner's daughter is willing to

accompany the petitioner, the second respondent shall facilitate the same. If the petitioner's daughter is sticking to her decision to be with the third respondent, the said decision cannot be interfered with by the second respondent.
