O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioners would represent that despite his attempt to obtain details from his clients to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellants 1 & 12, there has been no response from his clients https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and therefore, he unable to take steps in this regard. Further, the appeal has long since abated against these two appellants. Therefore, the second appeal stands abated. Since it is a suit for bare injunction, an abatement as against the two of the appellants would automatically result in the second appeal coming to an end as the appeal arises from a judgment and decree against all the appellants.
2. Therefore, the Second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
