ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned punishment order dated 20.11.2021 and confirmation by the appellate authority dated 09.05.2023.

2. Now, it is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner has filed a review and the records are also called for by the reviewing authority.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. This Court is of the view that let the reviewing authority decide the review. At this stage, this writ petition cannot be entertained. The petitioner having approached the reviewing authority, simultaneously, cannot seek a direction in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the reviewing authority to consider the entire materials and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
