Comp. A.No.408 of 2023 in C.P.No.251 of 2001 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 80 days in representing the Company Application in D.No.106604 of 2022 in C.P.No.251 of 2001.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, seeking to condone the delay of 80 days in representing the application.

3. The learned Official Liquidator has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this application. However, she would submit that the Company viz., M/s.Sri Ramakrishna Steel Industries Limited was dissolved by orders of this Court on 18.12.2014 itself. The said statement is recorded. Since sufficient reasons have been given by the applicant for condoning the delay of 80 days in re-presentation of the Company Application, this Court is allowing this application as prayed for. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
